Fritz Heider (19
February 1896 - 2 January 1988) [1] was an Austrian psychologist whose work was
linked to
the Gestalt school. In 1958 he published The Psychology of Interpersonal
Relations, which expanded on his creation of the theory of balance and the
theory of attribution. It took 15 years to complete it; before completion, it
was circulated through a small group of social psychologists.
Communication
Theory
Communication theory is a very basic
thing in human life. Without communication, it is difficult for humansto

the formation of an integrated society or community or information unity. Where
everyone in the community shares information for a common goal. Humans must be
able to improve their communication by applying appropriate communication
theories to approach and solve this problem. With fair communication without
using the right communication theory, it will be difficult to solve the
communication process problem.
